again we have no leak, of any kind, and our evaluation with an independant consultant ,and a DEQ personal found no danger or leaks off the property.

sites much worst then this have been developed to a successful business centers around the country. the closest to us is bridge port centerin Tualatin, and the home depot in Oregon city.
