VDE has partnered on larger projects, only because we had to in order to get the bonding and assets to do these bigger projects. We would not have been able to bid unless we had worked with these partners. Our plan is to out grow the need to have partners and to go after these larger bids with our own bonding and internal capabilities. The current program is allowing us to get work, grow and wean ourselves from larger companies and take on bigger opportunities on our own.
