We have Ashyra figures done by Johnson Controls on a Holiday Inn hotel we did in Peekskill NY [ my business partner was LEED AP] that shows one sq ft of floor for one year in a normal cmu and metal building used 23KW for heating etc. Our building for the same sq ft for one year used 4KW they used a geo thermal heat system and our wall. Using our wall allowed the hotel to go from a gold LEED to a platinum LEED. Our building system will go up faster than than standard construction by about 20% to 30%. So if you have to have laborers on prevaling wages it will most definately save you money.
