I bought a home in Gresham in 1990 and the list of code violations was longer than my arm! I would think some inspector should be included in this lawsuit. I do not know if the City or the County is responsible for making sure new cosntruction is up to code, but somebody is either taking kickbacks or not doing their job. As usual, the consumer gets the raw deal.
