Months go by without significant progress of the job.

While the project cleans up a difficult cross-over conflict with the Water Avenue I-5 offramp,
the city has made absolutely no move to improve the rough-and-tumble surface of Water Avenue itself. Once the ramp actualy opens, It is only a matter of time until a bicyclist eats asphalt because of the dangerous conditions that exist on that section of Water Ave.
