This has been a convoluted process…what I have experienced, while attending multnomah CAC meetings, (for the last year and a half) was probably the most biased, orchestrated and unfair process I have wittnessed. Property owners were not noticfied because the SB 1011 was writen in such a way that it was not needed. Come on people with common sense..,.,.this is wrong!

Barker property owned since 1904…and not owned by anyone else…but, even though we were born and raised there, the 5 barker kids, due to prior land use regulations mid 70’s were not allowed the right to build and raise thier families…. Now we face another 50 years, even though we abut the UGB…with a planned community of 10 to 15 thousand….what is wrong with our land use laws???

1000, huh? I wonder if they were all ‘friends’…
