They all, with the exception of one, had direct experience working with that agency. Many resumes were packed with past employees or have previously provided services for that agency. This goes to show you that your experience, relationships and project approach are the biggest factors in being selected. I would of added hourly rates to the list but some of the firms selected were up into the 200’s per hour.
