No mention from AGC or 91ÊÓƵ about the fact that those Public Construction Contracts are being handed out as NO-BID contracts to less one third of the capable and qualified General Contractors.

There is no mention that in this terrible economic climate other capable and qualified General Contractors are being denied the opportunity to build those same Public Contruction projects written about over 2009.

There is no mention that the tax payer is paying for No-Bid contracts.

There is no mention that RFP’s are slanted to ONE singular contractor’s resume and everyone else receives significantly less points so that that ONE singular contractor apprears as the only one capable and qualified.

Where is the integrity in reporting?
