How is this grant helping women construction company owners grow and succeed?

My company provides paid work for women and we have an in-place training program for them. We are very active in the community and have, since 1978, promoted efforts to encourage women in the skilled trades.

There are always opportunities for us to volunteer, and we are called upon to do it often. How are our opportunities to bid and win work enhanced?

Or, more importantly, How can my company apply for this grant money?
