Its a shame what an absolute waste of time and our tax dollars all of this is in the first place. America is falling apart, literally falling apart because no one wants to pay for upkeep on roads, bridges, buildings, water lines, power lines……basically everything that was built circa 1925 and is still in use, but lets waste billions going after the DEVILWEED! When this country falls we’ll reap the rewards of all we’ve sown, and only those rich enough to have personal armies will survive the fallout. Wake up people, delude yourselves all you want thinking everything is fine, we’re all screwed. Smoke ’em if ya got ’em!

MMJ patients should just get a prescription for the federally sanctioned Marinol in addition to the medical marijuana program. You can show your legal prescription for Marinol (or other legally prescribed drugs that contain THC) to the drug testing lab and they can’t discriminate against you. This will protect them from the discriminatory drug testing practices and get around this ruling legally. Too bad for those who feel its ok to discriminate and ignore the Oregon law which says medical marijuana shall be treated like other medicines. This will be fixed.
