There certainly has been way too long of a period of uncertainty about the building, but this is a multi-million dollar project and moving too quickly is not in the public’s best interest.

If the city did have a proposal to put forward right now you would be criticizing them for moving too quickly. It took several years to get approval to even build the Coliseum, so I think that taking a bit of time to determine how best to revitalize it is appropriate.

You should temper your opinions with a bit of reality!
