A Portland Tribune article of August 3, 2007 by Jennifer Anderson had a $40 mil figure and story about PDC trying to unload the station. It is nearly 3 years later – what can the cost be today? Urban renewal money has been funding the repairs of the station. One has to wonder why an urban renewal agency has a 20 year ownership of the building.
