For someone to claim they didn’t do anything incorrectly would be a direct contradiction to the factual evidence the building is falling apart. What further proof is needed? The building and bus mall is failing. Please do not offend the sensiblities of the public and deny what is obvious…. someone messed up at a huge expense to the taxpayers.
