Hopefully, this is a county wide vote. The C-Tran express bus system running between Vancouver and Portland impresses me a lot more than a snail paced light rail leg meandering through North Portland with numerous stops in between to pick up the homies, drug dealers and pimps so as to keep security guards and others nervous and anxious.
