And there was no money contributed from PDC’s tax collection (TIF) coffers? And when was the last time that space was occupied? Ironic is that while the vacant property was apparently assessed property taxes – it will no longer.

Central City Concern now owns 3/4 of that block. The Richard L. Harris facility is what is really next door. And Central City Concern also owns the Mark O. Hatfield Building directly across the street.

Ironic too is that, at least at first glance, much of the property (at least three owned by Central City Concern) on W Burnside between the bridge and 14th street is exempt from property taxes, therefore never to contribute to the repayment of the proposed cost of the Burnside Couch couplet.
