I am hoping at a minimum a few of these measures do not pass. I really hope the TriMet and city of Portland measures do not pass. There is nothing in the bond prospectuses to stop TriMet from using these bond tax increases to fund their exorbitantly costly Portland (milwaukee) light rail project. Don’t believe TriMet’s ruse of “do it for grandma and grandpa.” Yeah, right I want to be chumped.

The recession is a message – except governments don’t listen. They do listen to voters – but you have to vote.
