It would be such a wonderful opportunity for local Oregon City businesses to bring more visitors to the City and to increase B2B business between the future tenants of the mall and local businesses. This increases not only retail jobs (where did you get your first job?) but stimulates the economy, local restaurants, investment…etc.

Not to mention, it’s on a landfill, not exactly a prime piece of real estate. Should we turn it back into a dump instead? What better way to help the city emerge from a volatile financial environment. The sky is not falling, unless you are unemployed. Thousands of jobs, problem solved.

There is far more than the mentioned ‘Points of Contention’ it has more to do with the ‘Misconstruction’ of facts…

: Simply the majority of the citizens do not want this to go forward in a volatile financial environment…
As it states~”The project would be a boon for the mall retail industry”…NOT for Oregon City.
