This water goes through an extensive process and is returned to the local water table.
They purify it, cool it and often make marshes and creeks with the returning water.
Show me where there is a drop of water contained in a microchip.
Sure they use it , but it goes back to the environment.
This calls into doubt this persons ability to use a rational thought process for other that political advancement.

Increased water prices will encourage water conservation and efficient allocation of water resources.
