And on the other side (and what is the other side of livability, anyway), we have home builders and real estate agents. Do you think they’re looking out for affordability and equality? Nice people all, I’m sure, but it’s insincere to think those are anything more than second-order priorities. Their first priorities, respectively, are building houses and selling houses.

Return control to local communities. All Metro is Government morass and economic inefficiency. I’d rather have so called “sprawl” than be just another guinea pig in Metro’s central planning experiments.
