It’s directly on a MAX line and 2 blocks away from MAX stops, Coffeetrader.

Due to the economy, they and many others are having to get with it and scale down. Then lay more people off and lease a couple thousand square feet in downtown Portland.

At least this is good new to the property owners in downtown Portland who are trying to fill up resent vacated spaces. It would be very exciting for other activities happening in downtown Portland. I would think they would relocate there versus moving out in the burbs.

If this is true and the Scottish Right Freemasonry site is vacated, then for the right price, I could easily see a Bob Ball or some other developers aquiring the property. The only thing it lacks is any parking and/or light rail availability. At least it would be some more construction jobs.
