This is a perfect example of a total waste of tax payer $$$$$$, Did not the contractor settle for less then 1.8 million? And i can bet no one paid the price, a perfect example of private vrs public, yes it was private contractors that did the work, where in the hell were the county boys overseeing the project? This is just a joke, they are all up each others skirts. One big happy goverment family. And yes, you can rest assured we will be footing the bill? And paying more tax’s. No accountably, WE THE PEOPLE ARE GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF THIS? Get them some storage containers, cut some windows, and go to work?

I broke concrete cylinders each morning. 7&28 day. I wrote down on a federal form the breaking strength and signed my name. It seems like it should only take about 5 min. to find the culpret. I smell a cover up. Tom a tax payer.
