I would not want to mislead the reader.

But because of this hearsay, and the fact that they never provided financials to the City of San Clemente, which was a requirement of the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement , I do recommend a cautious approach by the City of Portland.

The vote was 58% to 42%.

The Sadeghi’s, mean-spirited at best, have sued the Registrar of Voters, the City Council and City Clerk to overturn the vote. They introduced the lawsuit 1month after the vote.

I don’t believe the judge will entertain this lawsuit as election law is rigid and certain protocol has to be adhered to.

I can’t imagine the City of Portland would entertain the idea of this developer. Believe me he has nothing to offer. I am certain he has given the citizens the same song and dance he did in our city. Has he given you his financials, because he recently was turned down by Bank of America for a 3 1/2 million dollar loan to purchase a historical building adjacent to the proposed Playa del Norte. He is not a developer – he is a master salesman.

I advise due diligence on this person – I certainly don’t trust him.
