This guy is a disaster, raising the cost of electricity and now he wants to rake property tax and state income tax payers over the coals by hiking the cost of building structures. It’s not just about jobs, but ones that add value. Heck if you want to put more people back to work you could like outlaw the use of tractors and combines in farming, requiring everybody to go toil in the soil. More people working but only just to survive. These legislators are blooming communist idiots.
