A few additions and clarifications:

* The Storefront Improvement Program money was actually a grant, not a loan.

* Clay also designed the LED (not neon) lighting in the restroom sinks, as well as the controllers that power the LEDs there, on the arches, in the pendant lights, and in the tables. His consulting firm, Embedded Engineering ( ), creates integrated hardware/software solutions for a wide variety of design problems.

* I neglected to mention how much I enjoyed working with Lackey Construction. Brad Lackey is a very communicative, no BS general contractor. His change orders were all very reasonable and well explained. Highly recommended!
