It has the capacity to support more people and businesses, as well as the fact that it already has a lot of strengths: walkability, bike-ability, close to every amenity imaginable, adjacent to major transit lines, well-organized, and whatnot. It is a non-downtown. I would like to see more agricultural based structure come into this part of the city’s quadrant (farmer’s market is a great start) as well as more medical clinics choosing to be located in the heart of the center itself. Thanks.
