@Brandon, we added the site rendering above as well. It’s not an elevation, but it gives you a better idea of how the design fits in the lot and works with the Hollywood Theatre. Hope it helps!

A rendering of the NE Sandy elevation showing the juxtaposition of the proposed new building and the Theatre would be helpful to assess how well the design fits into its context. The materials, massing, and lot adjustment as compared to the Theatre may be of interest to some.
