The Galleria is an earthquake-prone, aging dump of a building. Why anyone would want to be there remains a mystery. The simple fact that it’s largely vacant right now speaks volumes about it’s desireability as a retail location.
Frankly, the idiots on the Portland City Council should be a lot more worried about the possibility of Macy’s fleeing downtown Portland somtime later this year. But you can be sure those people could care less…
