BS – Mr Winkler ever hear of Homer WIlliams or Gerding-Edlen? They get shoveled money by the car load to build in certain places. Examples:

– Gerding-Edlen’s building leased by Vestas who got a $10M interest-fre loan from CoP to do tenant improvements – Straight to G-E
– Homer’s land in SoWa that he sold to CoP for 2x what he paid (considering he bought in 2007 and sold in 2009 at the bottom), then had the nerve to charge an additional $1.2M for project “management” which means he sits and watches.

These URAs are designed to funnel money to dvelopers once the politicians see that no free-market sane developer would touch any project.
