In general, the online list should be the most correct, since it is updated frequently. However, it appears like the most recent updates, the ones you see in the paper, are lagging online. That should be fixed soon though.

Is the excel spreadsheet you are linking to supposed to be the July 2011 list? Which one is correct-the list in the paper or the excel spreadsheet?
