Job creator? Hmmm. Looks like merely cheap digs, that hostelers/frugal travelers use. Maybe stylish and better than airbnb, but I don’t see the forced “coolness” factor working. ‘A build it and they will come’ business model rarely works especially with a finicky youth culture. Sound like a strange tech youth rec center/ temp housing thing. Maybe I am to far beyond my early 20’s to see it, but it seems a stretch in my mind. But good luck anyway! Anything to help that virtually spiritless China town area downtown.
