The pitch by Savas would require two votes anytime a URA is created or amended, a more lengthy and expensive process than the other two ideas. I could really care less how they conduct urban renewal in Clackamas County, and will report on it the same regardless. But don’t call it editorializing and bias when it doesn’t fit with what you want. You have no idea what I think.
