ICE is not a commercial business designed to support the needs of residential housing. I do not think it should be located in the South Waterfront, for many reasons (traffic, neighborhood incompatibility, general zoning concerns, etc). However, wherever it ends up, it needs to be accessible by public transportation, well designed, and better conceived, that what the current proposal does. Thank you.
