I would like to bid on windowcoverings for this project. Do you have a plan room at your
office where I could stop by and go over the blueprints?

Is there an incumbent who would receive the contract for windowcoverings on this project? Time is precious. If there is equal opportunity to bid for windowcoverings, I would like to do so.
