This is a common problem living in a developing neighbourhood. Personally, I would mind too living in an apartment facing a bar. Not only will the noise be coming from the hustle and bustle of a busy night, but you’ll get the occasionally drunkard roaming the streets. Before anything, I’ll probably have to really check how the security of the building is. The doors have to be locked after hours, and there has to be a guard around once in awhile.
