Its hard to imagine this development being successful. Setting aside its jarringly uncomplimentary design, where will the residents or the customers of the ground floor retail businesses park?? Its already nearly impossible to find a parking spot in that neighborhood, what will the impact be on the Hollywood Theater? The 91ÊÓƵ article did not illuminate us what the city’s rationale was, but it does not bode well.
