Hundreds of millions of dollars are needed to rehabilitate campuses and the higher education infrastructure. It is a great opportunity for Iraq to contribute with Oregon State University to have a new agreement to rebuild testing labs and other facilities. I believe that OSU , MSMF and the Iraqi MoHE could establish a new start to develop an international trend in iraqi H.E. system.

I worked for 20 years in research of Iraqi building materials and director of Iraqi building Building Research center in Baghdad. I left Iraq in 2005 because of a bad security in Baghdad. I am living now with my family in Tampa, Florida. I wish if I can help in your work to rebuild Iraq, specially in the field of materials, construction, tests and research.
