From a skeezy environment, to something more educational and with prestige to enhance the area’s reputation a little. Rather than housing a twice-weekly flea market, it is more beneficial utilizing the space to impart knowledge to the University students instead. However, it must have been time-consuming for the students and teachers to accommodate with the moving to the new premises.
