How many apt buildings are popping up in NW PDX right now? I know of at least 2 or 3 that are being worked on near 23rd/21st and Raleigh. And 2 more have been announced in the north pearl recently — not to mention the Conway possibility. Also, in Beaverton a large mixed-use project near Nike is about to begin. This article makes it sound like no construction is happening just because one project for absurdly priced apartments didn’t pan out.
