Dudes, what’s your issues? People need places to live. Have you noticed rents are sky rocketing. It’s simple supply and demand. There’s not enough supply so prices go up. You should thank Creston for replacing that decrepit building and those junky houses with a decent looking building.

I live one block away. I am not totally happy because it will have a negative impact on parking in this neighborhood but I can look at the common good.

This is not an infill project. Razing numerous buildings to build a faux ye olde style apartment building is by definition the complete opposite. Sad loss of a really cool century old building.

Creston Homes is smart to avoid sites that are subject to the Design Review process, because their projects are very cheap, unimaginative, and fugly.

Any developer can maximize density by doing the typical FAR / height limit exercise, and Creston has this mastered, but their end result is awful.
