I second the comments that such movements do increase the number of work opportunities for people out there who are sourcing out for building and construction jobs. Because in this industry, jobs work in a cycle. More demands mean more jobs and no constructions mean no jobs. I am also able to see the safety measures the staff in the pictures have practiced by putting on safety helmet and boots. However, in addition to that, I believe safety goggles should be worn too especially in the first picture where sparks could be seen when the staff is cutting up the steel part and our pair of eyes is one of the most vital pair of organs so any form of precautionary measure should be taken.

From the pictures, I can tell that much of the safety of the workers working on the construction has been taken care of. It reminds me that workplace safety is of paramount importance, and boots and helmets must be worn. When the new store opens, they will not want a death of injury to ruin the occasion.

Such building constructions show that there is at least some improvement in the construction industry in Oregon, and people are beginning to look past the financial crisis of 2011 to begin anew in 2012. Hopefully more projects like this new Safeway store can bring about more employment to the construction industry.
