While it is good that they will be building small, efficient units, I wonder what it means for the occupants who will be moving in. The lack of space would probably mean they have to get more creative with the furniture they buy, and proper position would help them achieve more space.

Since this is an efficient building with bicycle parking lots, I am sure it will appeal to smaller families or young professionals who wish to cycle to work. I wonder who long the whole construction project will take. Seeing as to how the market is barely recovering from 2011, I suspect there will not be much early takers for the apartments.

Hopefully more developers will build buildings like these, and perhaps even throw in a conservatory every few blocks to encourage residents to move more and adopt a greener mindset.
