There’s nothing wrong with being conservative – as long as you can inject some creativity and flair into your business dealings. Ideas these days tend to fail more than succeed; the real estate market is both a huge asset and huge risk, but there is a profit to be made no matter what. I believe that being conservative would eventually ensure greater customer satisfaction. I personally own a moving company and we have always taken our business on the conservative side. We believe that by being conservative, we have a greater confident of good service delivery.
