I graduated from Oregon State University in Spanish, with a minor in Political Science, and a concentration in Latin American Affairs. We are friends on Facebook. As a litigator, I may need some contingency services to help me from time to time with legal issues. My sister is Carol Lavine, a former attorney with Davis, Wright, Tremaine. I suffer from severe mental illness. Early in my career as a mental health advocate, I became victim of a work related incident at Mt. Hood Community College, in 1994, where I was working as a program manager. The program was administered by Georgetown University, and for the duration of the program, I became exposed and rubbed shoulders with all levels of government, and gained limited benefit from the Small Business Center located at Mt. Hood Community College. My wife at the time, and my partner and I started a number of businesses that have grown with the help of Dr. Tom Oates of Georgetown University’s CASS Program. I am introducing myself to you professionally. My phone number is 5038504378. But I do better writing then talking, when it comes to important matters. Thanks. Dale.
