I mean- really- how many options are there? Its not UDP’s fault I bought a house across the street w/no off-street parking- however- they are welcome to address my inconvenience for me if they are so inclined. More realistically- it would be nice if UDP did everything within their influence to highly discourage sidewalk smoking on both sides of the street (Division). I’m all for being neighborly- but that’s a pre-requisite. I realize UDP can only do so much- but hopefully they will do their best to make their future residents extremely self-conscious of their behavior.

“We have met with the Richmond Neighborhood Association and I would say that there is a pretty consistent concern among single-family dwelling owners about parking,” said Neeley Wells of UDP. She added that the company plans to work with neighbors to address those worries.
