It has been so stagnant for the last few years that it was impossible to move anything in the market. We tried to put up our house on the market last year and nothing happened. We did everything we were told to do – screened through every property website for opportunities and opened our doors to any potential buyers. To date, we have yet to receive any decent offers.

Definitely a piece of great news for home seekers out there as this opens doors for more housing opportunities.

It was hit during the housing crisis, as less people had the funds to develop new buildings. There is enough evidence to show that the property market is on the upswing now.

It seems like it had been taking forever to see any significant progress on the construction. For now, from what I can see from the pictures, it is a long ways to the completed building.
