There is no place for people to go on that road, it is narrow already dangerous, so let’s add tons of bikers, people pets with no where to go?? Very bad idea.

The Portland area is falling miserably behind other cities in providing off-street bicycle corridors. The greatest visitors you would EVER want to your city are cycling tourists. They are the most healthy (so, zero added health care costs), educated, wealthy, eco-conscious visitors you would ever want to have. Plus, imagine the quality of life improvements. There are hundreds of reasons why this bike/ped bridge project needs to happen right away.

Let’s make this a reality!

Car-centric suburbia is undoubtedly going to put up a fight.
