I think this is a horrible idea and the few jobs it would create will not make up fpr the horrendous distruction to the environment!!! Delmanly must not live in the area..well I do, in fact just 2 blocks from the rails on Sandy..I bought my property just 2 years ago hoping to live here until I die, guess that will be alot sooner than previously thought….There is no hope of selling without a big loss, so what to do??? No jobs around here from the coal, but lots of property devaluation and increase of taxes to subsidize the new rails, pay for clean up. We get all the costs, Ambre gets all the money.
