I like what Richmond said about how guests will be using the restrooms twice as often at events that serve alcohol. My husband and I will be having our daughter’s wedding reception in our back yard, and we’re currently trying to figure out how many portable toilets we should rent for the event. I’m glad I read your article because we do plan on serving alcohol there, and I hadn’t considered the effect that would have on restroom needs before reading!

It is good to see that people out there are focusing on the quality of their portable toilets. Now if I were to rent one, that is something that I would for sure look at. Seeing as there are quite a few to choose from, I would have to do some research before I made a final decision.

Wow, I had never considered the differences between large and small portable toilet companies and how they can get business in the market. My husband and I are tasked with securing a venue for a large family reunion next year and we think we might need to hire a company to provide toilets to the outdoor venue we’re looking at. Thank you for the information about how larger companies will cut their prices for events to compete with smaller, more local ones. It’s good to know about!

I really like what you said about how there’s a lot of competition for portable toilets, especially among jobs from construction companies. I never really thought about how that could trickle down a bunch of different jobs and units. Thanks for the information about how services and prices are definitely something to look into when choosing with service to hire.

I think that Barger made a really smart choice to branch out from construction and start renting his portable toilets out to special events. I’ve been to lots of outdoor concerts and festivals, and I can tell you from experience that it seems like there are never enough stalls! Big events like these should really consider doubling the amount of stalls they rent, in my opinion.
