All you have to do is look up Bob Wright…the lawsuit funnel is amazing. We worked for that guy on 4 project and were stuck for over 500k. It doesn’t matter if you have everything in writing like we did or not. Bob Wright will not pay you and you will NEVER see retention. He registered as a Nevada Corp so he can’t be touched personally.

Bob Wright and his team of monkey are the biggest scam artist and crook in construction.

Dieter you know exactly what I’m talking about…how did you like all of those creative back charges in Lynwood and Mukilteo…good luck.

i was told one 50 year young contracter died from heart stress while waiting for his settlement ,whats wrong with our system and country,pay the men that did the work !

I have been working with Bob Wright for about 15 years. I have always been treated fair, all my bills given to bob have been payed. until wild horse,
I am not owed as much as some of you. But my experience with Bob Wright when he gets payed he pays his bills. I cant say the same for je dune. I hope mediation works for all of us.

This project won the Outstanding Project of the Year award from the Northwest Walls & Ceilings Bureau, and we can’t get paid. It is amazing that our peers recognize the outstanding work that our company perfoms, which should be recognized by the owner, JE Dunn, and Wright Hotel Development. It’s too bad that all are profiting at the expense of others. Hopefully justice will be served through the court system.

Commercial Door & Hardware has a balance due well over $120,000,00 on the Pendleton Hotel project. Whe have suppliers that have been very helpful and thanks to Bob Wright Dev. we will make it thru this.
CDH Door has partnered with Bob Wright Dev. on numerous projects for well over 5 years and have always been treated with the upmost respect.
We are continue to fight this everyday but we know when WHD and JED finish their negotiating we will get paid.

We had the same experience with Wright Hotel Development, did not pay our invoices always had an excuse. Finally had to take them to court to get paid. Anyone doing business with Wright Hotel Development should have their head examined.

Great Story Lee, this project seems to have a “perfect storm” of construction communication errors. Hopefully we can all learn from these unfortunate situations.
