The atmosphere, service and food is all fantastic. Props to Design Department on keeping the entire lighting KW budget below 300, including the bright as the sun 30 watt wonders in the kitchen! For a real treat I suggest the “House of Fire”, smoking wood chips, dripping peppers, and a flavor so tantalizingly authentic your eyes will roll back into Japan! I also have to say, there are Sushi restaurants in town on par with the quality, but the third-party certified feel-good of what you support at Bamboo knocks it out of the park! I can’t wait to visit the next location ;->.
